Psalms 33:6
The heavens proclaim his righteousness.

Who can proclaim the mighty acts of the Lord or fully declare his praise?

Isaiah 51:6
But God made the earth by his power; he founded the world by his wisdom and stretched out the heavens by his understanding.

Then I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth-to every nation, tribe, language and people. He said in a loud voice, "Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea and the springs of water."
Revelation 14:67
You alone are the Lord. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything, and the multitudes of heaven worship you.

The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
